Sarah Richardson and design inc. climb a rickety staircase to tackle Tova's huge downtown deck. In spite of pollinating cotton trees and a stifling heat wave they pull it together in two-weeks, making this deck a stylish study in outside living and dining. After some crossed-wires Tova is sold on her least favourite colour, yellow. It elevates this deck to star status! |
